Q: How can I pay?
A: I accept all major credit cards/debit cards, Paypal, and now accepting Sezzle easy payments.
Q: How long until my order ships?
A: with my store growing like it is, please note that orders usually take between 1-7 days to mail out. Thank you for understanding :)
Q: How do I ship?
A: I ship all my orders through the United States Postal Service (usps). Most of my customers receive their package with in the week!
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email, keeping you in the loop on the process of your order. A tracking number will be included in that email.
Q: Where is my package?
A: The yarn gods have been very generous and have not lost a package on it's journey from my workshop to my customer. But if for some reason your package hasn't arrived, or it says delivered and it's not there. All packages are insured. Please contact your post office and provide them with your tracking number and all that jazz. They will be able to better assist you moving forward.
Q: International customs fess?
A: Some country require a customs fee/import fee, please note that Pumpkins and Wools is not responsible for any fees that may occur.
Q: Return policy?
A: At this time, returns are not accepted at Pumpkins and Wools. Thank you for understanding :)
Q: Mystery Kits?
A: Sometimes I like to have some fun with my sock kits! So what I have done is created listings that have a picture of my vision for the skein(s) and a nice detailed description of what the skein(s) will look like! I thought this would be a fun surprise for my customers :) Not all new inventory will be a mystery kit, but I will add them to my releases here and there.
